Berlin Global Village gGmbH processes personal data only in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

Collection and processing of personal data

Data protection refers to the protection of personal data. This includes information about your identity such as name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number. Such personal data is only collected and stored if you have given us your consent to do so – for example, if you have subscribed to our newsletter (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) exists.

We only collect personal data if you provide us with this data. This happens in the following cases:

1. registration for the newsletter
Every quarter we send out a newsletter with information about the emerging One World Center. By entering your e-mail address in the registration field, you sign up for this newsletter.

For the registration to our newsletter we use the so-called “double opt-in” procedure. This means that after registration you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. The registration for the newsletter is recorded in order to be able to document the registration process in accordance with legal requirements.

We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and offers.

Newsletter2Go is used as the newsletter software. Your data will be transmitted to Newsletter2Go GmbH. Newsletter2Go is prohibited from selling your data and using it for purposes other than sending newsletters. Newsletter2Go is a German, certified provider, which was selected in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Federal Data Protection Act.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter.We use the newsletter provider Newsleter2go to send our newsletter.

If you contact Berlin Global Village gGmbH, for example via contact form or e-mail, your information will be stored for the purpose of processing the request, as well as for the case that follow-up questions arise.
